1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Shravz Premium platform ("App"), operated by Zalepro Soft Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Shravz Premium operates on a subscription model processed entirely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store ("App Stores").

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Deleting the Shravz app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Because payments are processed by Apple and Google, we cannot issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google subject to their respective refund policies.

3. User Conduct and Matchmaking

Shravz Premium is an elite matchmaking service. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our trust policies, exhibits abusive behavior, or misrepresents personal details. We do not guarantee marital success or specific matches.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
